Carl David Higgs was born on 05/24/1959 in Diamond, MO. He lost his battle with stage 4 cancer on 10/31/2024. David as he preferred to be called is survived by his loving spouse, James William Long as well as siblings, Joyce (Scotty) Watson of Pittsville, MO, Marilyn (Bill) Livingston of Ocala, FL and James "JC" (Julie) Higgs of Reddick, FL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews throughout the U.S. David was loved by many and left a lasting impression on all those he met. He was a fast friend and always there when people needed help. People always used to say he never met a stranger. He loved cooking, gardening and crafting. He will be deeply missed and remembered with love always and forever.
