Jerry Barber, age 88, passed away on October 29, 2026, at Laurel House Hospice Care in Newark, New York.

Jerry was preceded in death by his brothers, Skeet and Eddie Barber; and his sons, Jerry Jr. and Darren Barber.

Jerry will always be loved and deeply missed by his devoted wife, Alleen Barber, with whom he shared 35 wonderful years. He is also survived by his daughters, Vicky (Dave) and Doreen (Ed); his son, Paul (Lindsay); his stepdaughters, Dawn (Rob) and Debra (Tony); and several cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The family would like to extend a special thank you and heartfelt appreciation to his granddaughter, Jennifer (Greg), for her loving care, support, and dedication over the years.

Jerry will be remembered for the love he shared with his family, the friendships he treasured, and the many lives he touched throughout his 88 years.
