Stanley Rogers Obituary
Stanley Anson Rogers
Canandaigua: Age 76, passed away on July 6, 2025, in his home surrounded by his family. Stanley retired from the NYS DOT where he worked as a crane operator. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed shooting sporting clays. Stan and his brother Guy shared a special bond that led to many shenanigans, including flying, paintball battles, racing mud trucks, bungee jumping, and several prank wars. He enjoyed spending his time restoring old cars and trucks. His wisdom wasn't just in what he fixed but in how he lived his life with integrity, resilience, and a quiet strength that spoke volumes without ever needing to be said. His actions spoke clearly of his love for his family. No matter what he was working on, he would drop his own task—tools still in hand—to help a family member finish theirs, and finish it right.
Predeceased by his mother, father, and brother Curt. Survived by his wife Juanita; his sons Ashley and Joshua (Ashley); daughters Melissa (Josiah) and Danielle (Kory); grandchildren Gage, James, Klaire, Alivia, Keanan, Riley and Elliott; siblings David, Linda (Dudley), Carol (David), Guy (Stacey), Janice (George), Lucy, Eric and many nieces and nephews.
His legacy lives on in the hearts of those he guided, protected, and loved so deeply. To leave a condolence, please visit Stanley's tribute wall on his obituary at www.murphyfuneralservices.com.
