Waterloo: age 72, lost his battle with cancer on October 22, 2022 at his home with his wife of 43 years by his side.
He is survived by his wife, Tina (Waterloo); sons, James (Tammy)
Francis, Christopher (Stephanie) Francis; Daughters, Anita Francis,
Bobbie Jeffers and Nicole Sizemore; Daughter-in-Law, Terri Francis,
Edward Leonard and Phil Goodman; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and
nephews.

He is predeceased by his son, Shawn Francis.
