Jeffrey Scott Hazen "Jeff"

Penfield: Jeff passed away on Thursday, July 14, 2022 at the age of 70. Jeff was born on May 6,1952 in Elmira, NY. Jeff is predeceased by his father Ralph Hazen and brother Timothy Hazen. He is survived by his mother Barbara Hazen; spouse Kathy; son Alex (Jennifer) Hazen; daughter Katelyn (Brandon) Farron; son William (Sam) Hazen; sisters Vicki (Don) Lehner, Michelle (Joe) McGurk; brother Randy (Tina) Hazen; grandchildren, Avery Farron, Grayson Hazen, Jack Hazen; many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.

Jeff enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Jeff loved making people laugh and telling stories. He was always up for, and usually won, a good game of trivia.
